Help with a listview problem I am having... Ownerdraw fixed

I wonder if there is a way to change the color of the column names... where it's gray. I would probably like to change it to a darrrrrk gray. I've googled the crap out of it, and I know how to change the highlight color... but can't find anything on this.

Any ideas?
