Bluetooth file transfer

Hi, i would like to be able to pair a Bluetooth device (mobile) and have files sent from the phone to the PC. Is this possible, and if so how can i achieve this?
Maybe embedding windows "fsquirt" some how, i couldn't seem to get 32feet to work, if anyone has any sample code i could take a look at it would be greatly appreciated.
