Lost my form

Hi all,

I'm still new to visual basic so probably have made a silly mistake somwhere. The problem is that I created a form yesterday as part of a program I'm writing but today when I opened my project up I can no longer find it. However if I run the code the form still seems to be there. It seems like I can only access it through code now even though I created the program in the design view.

Any thoughts on what could have happened?
