VS 2010 "Start New Instance" - can I make that a button somewhere?

If you right-click a project in your solution - under the DEBUG menu - there is a START NEW INSTANCE selection.

Can I customize some toolbar somewhere to have that as a button - or somehow make it more easy to get to??
