Hey, I'm studying IT in college.
Up to this point I was doing ok, not my favourite side of the course yet (mines more Photoshop and final cut etc).
We're doing programming, and to be honest before we started this a few weeks ago I have never done any before. And to say the least some of the other people in my class haven't either.
So as our assignment we have to program Blackjack. I don't know barely anything, so I'm going to go for the easiest version which is to have a basic text display ("Welcome to blackjack.. Blah blah... Would you like to stick or twist" etc). There is not money involved or a dealer, just the player vs the computer.
Our teacher didn't explain it very well and to be honest I'm confused as hell. I'm not asking for you guys to type it out for me, I just need some help as I have no idea how to do arrays and stuff. And also, don't bother with complicated stuff because I'll have no idea how to go about doing that and my teacher obviously knows what I can/can't do (which is pretty much everything haha).
