VS 2010 Select area with mouse to take screenshot/save image.

Hello all, I am currently working on an application for my Image Host company. Nothing big, just something simple that we can use.

Right now I have 3 options that will be available: Whole Desktop, Active Window(still having problems with), and Select Region.

What I'm asking is if anyone knows a way to get the mouse to change cursors when a function is called and then the user can select an area which will then be saved as an image and uploaded to my servers using my code(already written).

Basically what I'm looking for is a way to clone Gyazo or Puush. Not clone just have the same features as them.

Currently I have a way that is working(kinda). I made 2 more forms one with a grey background and another almost transparent. So when I call the function it opens these which are borderless and I can get this to work however I cannot get it to work on multi-monitor systems because the other 2 forms are only maximized on the primary monitor. So what I am asking is if there is a way to maximize these forms to both monitors or multiple ones that are on different resolutions or if anyone knows a way to make this like Puush or Gyazo did?

I know this was extremely messy and kinda confusing but I don't know how else to explain it.

I appreciate any help! Thanks!
