Best event to use for DataGridView when making updates??

I have a DGV that contains a column that has dollar values in it. What I want to do is simple. I wish to accumulate these values and show a total value in another control on my form. This value needs to be updated whenever there is a change in that column whether a row be added, changed or deleted. My problem is...I'm not sure what the best event to use for this is.
