crystal reports & vb.net

Dears

In my project I want to create a crystal report.

for this I created a new form which I can open by clicking on a button

however when I do this I get this error
Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt."

when I remove anything that's related to the crystal report the form is opening correctly

what do I need to do In order to solve this problem
