I seem to be having some trouble with the Build on Run setting in VS2012 Express. I am noticing that when I make a change to the code and then start Debug the old code is what seems to run, not the revised code. I right+click on the Project in the Solution Explorer window and choose Rebuild and that works. But I'm wanting the code to rebuild on each run of the debugger. Below is a screen shot of the Options setting I have for my IDE. Can anyone tell me what I might be doing incorrectly?
